HOW TO PREPARE SINGAPORE NOODLES          Si ngapore noodles is healthy and vegan.This is one of hong kong dishes/meal,Cooking this meal with the right recipes especially the rice boodles make it more successfully achieved.  INGREDIEN TS: -Vermicelli rice noodles -1 tbsp curry powder -1 tbsp of turmeric -sugar -1 tbsp sesame oil -2 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce -1 tbsp vegetable oil -1 onion -1 ball pepper -200g beansprouts -1red chill( optional) -prawn -Garlic PREPARATIONS: - Put the noodles in bowl -Boil water and pour inside the bowl and cover -Check to press noodles inside the hot water to help soften them evenly -Take the bowl of noodles aside and let it soften for 5-10mins -Get another bowl, pour your curry,sugar,turmeric,sesame oil, soy sauce,and little water in a bowl and mix together -Heat the wok/pan until its hot ,add your vegetable oil, sliced onion and pepper then stir fry for 2-3mins -Sieve or drain the noodles and pour it inside the pan,pour the mixed sauce and stir to

 HOW TO MAKE AKARA        Akara is a fried bean ball made form mixture of washed and peeled beans, onions and pepper. Akara  can be  eaten with bread,pap,garri,custard and even just with yagi pepper(Hausa pepper)etc. When I want to Fry my akara aside blending pepper, I love to dice Onions and pepper in cubes,pieces my fish(dried/fresh boiled) then mix with my akara. Students mostly love to prepare this food and its commonly called CONCORTION, But I would love to give the complete recipe on how to make a bushman rice aka CONCORTION. Aside all ingredients, the smoked/dried fish gives an extra taste or flavour while cooking this food. Below are the ingredients and preparation on how to make your veggies salad. INGREDIENTS: -Fresh tomatoes -Green pepper -Cabbage -Cucumber -Kidneybeans -Boiled fish/Chicken -Carrot -Boiled egg -Onions -Mayonnaise/Salad cream -Sweetcorn -Cornedbeef -Green peas -Hotdog -Elbow macaroni -Irish potatoes. - PREPARATIONS: -Boil the fish/Chicken with seasoning,salt and diced onion -Dice Irish potatoes and carrot in cubes and boil -Boil Macaroni and egg separately as well -Slice the cabbage,Cucumber,fresh tomatoes, green pepper,hot dog and onions - When all recipes are boiled to satisfaction,sieve them all out from the cooking pot, Slice the boiled fish and boiled egg -Open the baked beans,corned beef,Sweet corn,green peas,  - Get a tray or bowl and mix all recipes/veggies  in tray or bowl. -Apply the salad cream or mayonnaise. - VEGATABLE SALAD IS READY!!
