 HOW TO MAKE PLANTAIN PORRIDGE

        Plantain porridge is that food filled with carbohydrate and should be eaten moderately,especially for those on weight loss diet, To prepare this type of meal,you need to have both the ripe and unripe plantain to enjoy more, but I would advise you to add more of the unripe plantain because its more beneficial than the ripe. Let's get down to business.

INGREDIENTS:

-5 fingers of unripe plantain
-3 fingers of ripe plantain
-Onion
-Habanero pepper
-Red bell pepper
-Palm oil
-kale/spinach leaves
-Grounded crayfish
-Salt
-Water
-Dried fish

PREPARATION:

-Peel both plantains and dice into cubes separately.
-Set aside the ripe plantain, while you pour the unripe in pot filled with water and cook
-Dice your onions inside the pot and also add crayfish and salt ,to boil together.
-While it is cooking,dice onion and pepper or blend both together.
-10-15mins into the cook time,add the diced ripe plantain into the cooking pot
-Slice your red bell pepper and mix with your blended/diced pepper and onion,then pour into the cooking  pot, add your seasoning 
-Taste to adjust accordingly, and lastly add your vegetable(spinach/kale leaves) and pieced  dried fish,then stir and leave to shimmer for 2mins.
- FOOD IS READY.
