HOW TO MAKE JOLLOF SPAGHETTI

           PREPARING JOLLOF SPAGHETTI

     On today's recipe on how to prepare JOLLOF spaghetti, I will be sharing with you simple procedures and ingredients used in making it. Making jollof  spaghetti is almost same as making Nigerian jollof rice.            The only difference is the mixed vegetables added in jollof spaghetti. I bet when you are done cooking you are going to love this. And again kindly comment on meals/food you would love me to share with you. There are also different method to prepare food but I would be giving you a very straight method in cooking, So that when next you want to make this meal you don't need to go on search another time just to prepare. You have it all saved in your head from start to finish. And yes, one thing I always tell people is that cooking is never hard, once you have all full recipe and you guage your ingredients moderately, you will surely get a great result in cooking. So I will start with the ingredients needed;

INGREDIENTS:
 Spaghetti
pepper sauce
minced meat
Onion
Tomato
Green spring onion
Bay leaves
mixed vegetables(carrot,green beans,peas,sweetcorn)
vegetable oil
Salt
seasoning
Curry and thyme



PREPARATION
1)Stir fry the onions and bay leaves in the oil for about a minute -2 minutes then add seasoning,curry,thyme,and salt to taste.
2)Add the minced meat and break into big chunks,and allow to cook for few minutes
3)Add the blended tomato and pepper and cook for a while in the meat juice for 2-3minutes then add some water.
4) Break the spaghetti into 2-3 parts,you can also cook it as it is without break it and cook in a separate pot,make sure the water is boiling before adding the spaghetti in it.
5)Add salt to taste and cook the spaghetti  for about 8mins then take it off the heat and drain the water.
6)Add the boiled pasta to the sauce  together with the mixed vegetables,dice some tomatoes also and pour  in the cooking pot.
7)Allow it to shimmer for about 3 more minutes and take it off the heat.
8) Food is ready.
