HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN ALFREDO PASTA

 HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN ALFREDO PASTA.

         This is  a classic/quality Italian food ,prepared with pasta ,butter and other ingredients. This type of meal is prepared in just 30-40mins. Alfredo sauce  for this dish comes together in a matter of time. And to prepare chicken Alfredo pasta I will give my best and easier steps in preparing,below are the list of ingredients so you can have everything ready to go.

INGREDIENTS:

-Pasta (fettuccine)
-Salt and fresh ground black pepper
-Olive oil
-Chicken breast
-8 tbsp of cooking butter
-2Cups of heavy whipping cream
-2Pinches of grated nutmeg
-garlic
-Permesan Cheese. Or (parmigiano reggiano)

PREPARATIONS:

- Boil the noodles  or fettuccine by following its packaged instructions.
-Boil the chicken, make sure to season the chicken,then heat the pan add oil and butter to fry chicken for 5mins
-place fried chicken on cutting board then cut in slices(depending on how thick you want your chicken sliced)
-Set the  slice chicken in a bowl/ foil
-using the same pot  you use in cooking the chicken,add your cream,butter,garlic,seasoning in the pot and let it shimmer  on a low heat until it gets thickened,then add grated cheese to heat together until it gets melted and smooth.
-Drain your pasta, while you remain little water used in cooking the pasta(optional,but helps in loosening the Alfredo sauce). Stir or mix the pasta with the  sauce prepared.
-divide the meal in different plates or eating bowls,place your sliced chicken breast,garnished with more grated cheese and black pepper.
- CHICKEN ALFREDO IS READY.

Note:
-Make sure to grate cheese before adding,else it won't melt easily while preparing the Alfredo sauce.
-When you taste for adjustment. Feel free to add more and make sure to add few more mins to cooking or preparation.
