HOW TO PREPARE SINGAPORE NOODLES

         Singapore noodles is healthy and vegan.This is one of hong kong dishes/meal,Cooking this meal with the right recipes especially the rice boodles make it more successfully achieved. 


INGREDIENTS:

-Vermicelli rice noodles
-1 tbsp curry powder
-1 tbsp of turmeric
-sugar
-1 tbsp sesame oil
-2 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
-1 tbsp vegetable oil
-1 onion
-1 ball pepper
-200g beansprouts
-1red chill( optional)
-prawn
-Garlic


PREPARATIONS:

- Put the noodles in bowl
-Boil water and pour inside the bowl and cover
-Check to press noodles inside the hot water to help soften them evenly
-Take the bowl of noodles aside and let it soften for 5-10mins
-Get another bowl, pour your curry,sugar,turmeric,sesame oil, soy sauce,and little water in a bowl and mix together
-Heat the wok/pan until its hot ,add your vegetable oil, sliced onion and pepper then stir fry for 2-3mins
-Sieve or drain the noodles and pour it inside the pan,pour the mixed sauce and stir together with the noodles.
-Add your beans sprouts,stir fry for another 2-3mins,the sauce has to circulate the noodles.
-If you want it more spicy or peppering,you can dice your chilli pepper (optional) inside the noodles
