MAKING POP CORN CHICKEN/KFC INSPO

        HOW TO MAKE POP CORN CHICKEN 

         Where I had my first taste of this crunchy pop corn chicken I would be writing about was in KFC. mehn, I really enjoyed it and for you to enjoy this you need to deep it in a little bowl of ketchup or chilli sauce.
         This type of snack is majorly best for kids, but you know what parents can  enjoy too. I would love you to make this for your kids at leisure  hours or during weekends. I practically love it and trust me this snack graduated from  Harvard university. So let's get down in listing ingredients used in making this pop corn chicken;

INGREDIENTS

-Chicken breast
-Grinded pepper
-Garlic powder
-Vinegar(optional)
-Liquid Milk
-Chilli sauce/Ketch up
-Seasoning
-Flour
-Corn starch
-cold water
-Salt
PREPARATIONS:
1)Divide into parts and cut the chicken breast into little bits,make sure its as tiny as possible, and put in a bowl
2)Inside the bowl, add 1/2 table spoon of salt, grinded pepper,ground garlic powder.
3) Add your vinegar( optional if its not available)
4)pour liquid milk 
5)Any available(chilli sauce/ketchup)add also
6)Then, add chicken seasoning, stir it all together and cover before putting in the fridge or store aside for an hour.
7)Get another bowl and add a cup flour and 1/2 cup of corn starch.
8)Add a spoon of salt ,grinded pepper and seasoning chicken and mix together.
9)In a very small bowl or another  clean bowl,add a little cold water in it and  pour your remaining Liquid milk inside as well.
10)Bring out your mixed chicken breast from fridge, set the three bowls together.
11)Take few pieces of the mixed chicken and              *Deep in the flour bowl,
    *Turn it over to let the flour cover the chicken well, 
    *Take it out and put in the small milk bowl,              *Return back into the flour bowl and turn over  for the second time.
    *Transfer to a clean bowl.
12)Repeat the method and place all the chicken breast in the clean bowl.
13)Heat your vegetable oil.
14)Put your chicken in the oil for frying,then lower the heat,not to over fry.
15)when its golden brown,take it out and serve in a plate align with a kitchen paper to drain the oil.
16)TASTY POP CORN CHICKEN IS READY.



NOTABLES:
-You can buy a whole chicken and de-bone it.
-Vinegar is only use in softening the chicken so that's why its optional.
-If you don't have liquid milk,you can use powdered milk,add a little water to it and mix.
- Dont cook the chicken before making the snack. Chicken breast especially cooks on time.
- Its advisable to keep in fridge for an hour,instead storing aside in other not to give another kind of taste.
