                      AYAMASE STEW       AYAMASE stew also known as designer stew is made with palm oil, locust beans,,bell peppers and assorted meat with egg. We all know how we derive the ofada (stew) from, it is derived from the originally rice known as ofada rice. Ofada stew has a very unique Aroma/flavour.
